A friend gave me "The Tao of Coaching" by Max Landsberg, maybe 10 years ago, and it was the first time I had read such an interesting mix between a novel and a business book (what I'd now call "story-driven"). After I bought the book for myself, Amazon's algo recommended "The Goal" to me as similar, which is spot on btw. I have a lot of stories of this kind, I read around 50 books per year and many of them come recommended by Amazon.

The Goal is such a great book, I re-read it almost every year. Really influenced my own thinking!
I should re-read it more! Funny how many business books there are vs. how many you really need. This feels like one of them.
